Notes for Poster Presentations:
Each Poster Presentation will be given a 3-minute introduction presentation after the Tutorial Session from 15:30 to 18:00 on August 1st, 2023. The list of Poster Presentations and their corresponding presentation codes (PP-XX) can be found at this link. To prepare the Introduction Presentation for 3 minutes, you can see the following examples from ISMOA 2021 for the Poster Presentation Slides.
Each poster will then be displayed on a poster panel in the conference hall. Posters with presentation codes PP-XX having an odd number will be presented on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, Symposium Day 1. Posters with presentation codes PP-XX having an even number will be presented on Thursday, August 3, 2023, Symposium Day 2.
In the afternoon, during the Poster Session (coffee break) following the contributed or oral presentation session, every Poster Presenter will have an opportunity to explain their poster in more detail to the interested audience.
